Buy and register
You purchase your share in a German GmbH & Co. KG that owns the property. The company is registered in the local land registry and you are recorded as a co-owner in the German commercial register. The share price includes all acquisition costs, taxes, and the complete MYNE furnishing; ongoing operating costs are billed separately.
